The ECPYN Board consists of four board members who concern themselves with the greater schemes of international poltical cooperation of young Christians. Below you can find brief introduction of our four board members.
Razvan Burleanu | Jonathan van Tongeren | Nutsa Shavladze | Vladimir Plamadeala | Denys Dhiver
Razvan Burleanu (1984) was born in Romania and has a degree in Political Science and in Security and Strategic Studies. In the past he worked for a local newspaper, as local councillor in a municipality in the north of Romania and for the Parliament of Romania (Senate). Today, he works for the President of Romania and is involved with the European Institute of Participative Democracy. He was elected as president in August 2009.

Jonathan van Tongeren - Secretary General
Jonathan van Tongeren (1985) is a student of International Relations at Groningen University (NL). Jonathan is co-founder and president from 2004 until 2006 of the Apeldoorn branche of PerspectieF (PerspectivE, the youth organisation of the Christian Union party of the Netherlands). In July 2006, he was elected Secretary General of ECPYN. Furthermore, he was the International Secretary of PerspectieF, ChristenUnie jongeren (PerspectivE, Youth of the Christian Union party) since November of 2006 until january of 2009. Jonathan has also been a member of the Board of the Scientific Institute of the Christian Union party and the Advisory College of the CU-SGP delegation in the European Parliament.

Nutsa Shavladze - Political Secretary
Nutsa Shavladze (1988) was born in Georgia and has a degree in Social and Political Sciences, speciality - International Relations. Besides her studies she did different trainings, fellowships and graduating programs in Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Budapest, Prague and Moscow. In 2006-2007 she worked for the “Patriarch Centre of Youth Spiritual and Intellectual Development” were she was working as a Secretary General and Head of Science Committee. Afterward in 2007-2008 she worked in non-governmental organization “Georgian Opinion” as a Press Speaker. Since February 2008 she worked in Youth Christian Democratic Movement of Georgia and was Deputy Head and International Relations Secretary of youth organization. Today she works in Christian Democratic Movement as a Manager of Relations with Interest Groups. Besides her work for the party she works for the Parliament of Georgia. In August 2009, she was elected as board member of ECPYN.

Vladimir Plamadeala (1976) was born in Vinnita (Ukraïne), but is citizen of the Republic of Moldova. He studied Law at Cluj-Napoca University (Romania) and did his masters in International Law at the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands). Besides his studies he did different internships, fellowships, trainings and graduating progams in Aberdeen, Cardiff, London, Berlin, Budapest, Atlanta, Orlando, Brussels, Strasbourg and more. From 2004 until 2007 he was actively involved in the international relations of the Partidul Popular Creştin Democrat (Christian Democratic Peoples Party - PPCD) and was representative at the Central Election Commission of Moldova in 2001, 2003 and 2007. He worked as a senior Legal Consultant at the Parliament of Moldova. From 2005 until 2007 he was president of the European Foundation of Moldova. Nowadays he works as executive director for the "Operation Mobilization" Foundation. In 2009 he initiated a initiation committee for promoting and developing of Christian values in Moldovan society. In June 2009 he was elected as board member of the European Christian Political Movement (ECPM) and in August 2009 as board member of ECPYN.

Denys Dhiver (1985) was born in Paris, France, he studied Engineering in France and abroad, and works for the Healthcare Insdustry. After several associative responsibilities he joined in 2007 the Youth part of the French Parti Chrétien-Démocrate (PCD), and was until 2009 responsible of the Studies, as well as one of the national secretary of the PCD. He then joined ECPYN in July 2009.
