Monte-Carlo for a visit? For an exquisite time of luxury and reckless dispersal of wealth to indulge? Well, merely the minority of us can live to see it, but how about ‘the Riviera’ of Monte-Negro? The place where the minority of us cannot even live: the RAE (Roma, Ashkali, Egyptian) people of Montenegro.
A less known nook of Europe is awaiting you if you rather opt to indulge in the real life of a developing country on topics such as Roma and Minority policy and Citizenship issues – all these from a Christian point of view.
The European Christian Political Youth Network (ECPYN) in association with VOE Foundation is looking for professional participants and young Christian activists / politicians of this field to join its Case study and study visit of Roma people in Montenegro in Podgorica between 20 and 24 December 2012. A unique study visit right before Christmas to see the situation, feel solidarity for and talk with RAE people in Montenegro. Sign up now for an extended opportunity to discuss the position of minorities in whole Europe and to exchange Christian Democratic views on society, citizenship and politics. A fully equipped, cutting-edge programme will offer you time and place to build personal relationship between the local RAE people and the young European Christian politicians at a joined conference, service and visit to a RAE camp.
Join us, join the RAE people!
