The secretariat calls ECPYN member organisations to submit proposals for joint activities or projects. Proposed activities or projects should be eligible for funding through either the Matra programme of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Youth in Action programme of the European Commission Directorate General for Education and Culture or both. member organisation or two or more member organisations.
More about the Youth in Action programme and the eligibility criteria can be found on the following website: http://ec.europa.eu/youth/youth-in-action-programme/doc74_en.htm . Organisations from non EU member states, neighbouring the EU are also eligible.
